What lay before you is a 15-month labor of love. I set out with the plans to make a Lego Star Destroyer that was as proportionally accurate to the original filming prop of the Avenger from A New Hope as possible but is also as affordable as possible while being at 60” or longer.
Star Destroyer Intimidator was the ISD in the end of Rogue one at the Battle of Scarif that was rammed into by the ISD Persecutor which was pushed by the Sphyrna-class Corvette Lightmaker on the orders of Admiral Raddus of the Rebel Alliance. It was pushed into the Scarif Shield Gate that was in turn destroyed allowing the plans for the Death Star to be transmitted to the MC75 Mon Calamari Star Cruiser Profundity where they were given to Princess Leia on the Corellian Corvette Tantive IV.
This Star Destroyer was designed using images of the original filming prop of the Avenger which was the Star Destroyer in the first scene of the film at the beginning of A New Hope chasing the Tantive IV. I also sourced reference of the Star Destroyers from the movie Rogue One as they are all Imperial I-class Capital Ships.

Note: Purchase of these instructions includes these files:
XML file ready for use with Bricklink
BSX file that can be used in Brickstock
6 PDF files that are the instructions you will read to build with.
I use a color coding in my parts list where Green is the color use for any parts that can be any color in the model when purchasing parts. This is ideal because it allows you to be more flexible with your purchases and save money. The Rebrickable parts list is really close, but if you want exact precision use the xml and bsx files that come with the purchase.
