I always wanted one of those "globe" sets that are around, but I never bought one because well, I have a "real" globe and I most of these sets were too big for me.
Until Sluban came up with their small sets of essentially the same nature - it's a globe, plus it's transparent, plus it has something interesting inside 😉
Ordered at AE SGARO TOYS Store for 12,68 Eur (sale coupon), 9 days to the EU.
Relaxed building took about 1 hour. Well, it's a small set with no stickers, the only tricky part was to make sure the transparent parts are clean and left unscratched.
Brick quality: as I've already noticed, it is REALLY close to GoBricks or Lego now, moreover, this PleyerID subbrand is like a premium subbrand for Sluban, so they are making sure the pieces are clean and undamaged. No missing parts, plenty of spares. 9/10.
Design: they truly made sure the final build is sturdy and though there are some tricky parts during assembly, nothing falls apart. The final result looks just as I expected - it is small, it is pretty and shiny. 10/10
Stickers/prints: no stickers as expected from "premium" subbrand. All prints are clean and neat, even the minifig got some metallic prints on its body. 10/10.
Instructions: perfectly clear, good quality paper, usual Sluban manual. There were some tricky parts because of the transparent pieces and I did make some mistakes and even missed one (non-essential) piece in the end (it should be inside and taking it apart just for that piece is not worth it), but all these are entirely on me, so 10/10.
To conclude, 39/40, it may be a bit much for such a little set, but I just cannot think of any negatives except maybe for the price 😄
P.S. Even with a coupon 12,68 Eur for just 137 pieces is a bit too much (more than 0.09 Eur per piece, which is Lego-level price), but the set comes with its original box, which is rare, and it also has good quality lighting cube, so I'm ok with it.
